Registrations

The Registration Procedure is as follows:

1. Read through the instructions below and when done simply click on the Register Now link at the bottom of this page.

2. If you have already registered for the 2010/2011 hockey season with Leduc Minor Hockey online simply login to your user (family) account and jump to step number 5. Remember - the (family) account you created last year, it is still your active account.

3. If you have not created your online registration account the first step in the process will be to create an online (family) account. Only one account is necessary per family as you will be able to register multiple children within this one account. 

4. Once you have created your account an email will be sent to you for confirmation. You will be required to confirm your creation of this family account through this email. This account will now be yours for years to come and will not require re-creation each season. 

5. Once you have confirmed your account you will be now able to register your child to tryout with Leduc Junior Athletic Club. Simply return to the Register Now link on the Leduc Junior Athletic Club Registration Page and log in to your newly created account. 

6. At the top of the initial page select the radio button “2010 LJAC Tryout Registration”.  The other selection (2010 – 2011) is only to register with Leduc Minor Hockey as a resident player and should NOT be used for tryout purposes only. If you have already registered with LMHA online simply click register beside your child's name to register for LJAC tryouts.

7. Follow the steps in the registration for registering each of your children paying particular attention to the questions and comments throughout. 

8. Once your registration has been completed the registration is not complete until you have mailed the following information to Leduc Minor Hockey:

a. If paying by Cheque please mail your cheque to the address below immediately after registering.  Registration is not complete until payment has been received:

b. If paid by Visa or Mastercard your tryout registration is complete and no further action is required. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. We will try to cash all cheques within one week of the cheque being recieved.

2. All NSF cheques are subject to a $50 Fee and must be cleared within two weeks of notice. In addition all playing privileges will be suspended immediately in September until the players account has been settled and may include suspension from tryouts. It is the responsibility of the parents to contact the Treasurer to clear up the account to return their account to a member in good standing and return playing privledges. Once an NSF cheque has been received the account must be cleared using CASH.


TRYOUT FEES:

Bantam AAA , Minor Midget AAA & Midget AAA (*Payable to Leduc Minor Hockey Association): 

        BEFORE AUGUST 15, 2010 = $125

        AFTER AUGUST 15, 2010 = $150

*Once the LJAC tryout fee is paid, you DO NOT pay Leduc Minor Hockey Association (LMHA) the $25 tryout fee for subsequent tryouts. All base fees are payable to LMHA.


TRYOUT REQUIREMENTS?

When attending the Leduc Junior Athletic Club tryout camps you must bring the following to the first tryout:

1. Completed “Notification of Tryout” signed by your local minor hockey association

 2. If you have played elsewhere and have moved and become a resident in Leduc, a “Parent Declaration” form is required.

3. If you have played elsewhere and have moved into Leduc, a utility bill may be required to verify residency.
